Structural Engineering

We are looking to hire an in-house Structured Engineer who is detail oriented, creative and has great communication skills. They must have advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Be able to use computer aided design technology. A degree in civil or structural engineering is essential, with at least four years of work experience. Must be able to determine gravity, lateral design, beams calcs and framing. Pay will be based on experience. Please provide proof of experience of structural work per Washington State and surrounding area standards.

Interior Designer

We are looking for an interior designer who can make indoor spaces functional, safe, and beautiful by determining space requirements and selecting essential and decorative items. Some duties required of an interior designer are determining the client's goal and bringing it to life. They will need to specify material and furnishing such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and etc. As well as oversee the construction and coordination with general contractors. Placing materials and overseeing the installment is required. Communication is essential for this job. A bachelor's degree in Interior Design will be considered a plus but is not required. Additional duties include managing the show room and communicating with varies vendors.

Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Oversee office maintenance and repairs
- Plan and organize company events or meetings
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Experience with budgeting and expense tracking
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
